This high visibility renovation project updated the historic campus' original entry portal, a 75,000-sf structure designed by Cope and Stewardson Architects and constructed in 1896. We remodeled all existing student rooms and communal areas and reclaimed unused space in the basement and attic to create additional lounges, bathrooms, and living spaces. The project required complete mechanical, electrical, and data systems upgrades. The exterior restoration repaired or replaced historic masonry, windows, and roofs.
