At the Traditional Building Conference on October 6th, EYP Principal Mark Thaler, along with members of the National Park Service and the NY State Historic Preservation Office, participated in a roundtable discussion on the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. The session addressed the changing interpretations of the Standards, how they can be applied to projects seeking Federal tax credits for historic preservation, and logistical and timeline issues.
