EYP to Undertake Feasibility
Study for NYU
New York University selected EYP to conduct a feasibility study, with the goal of exploring the development of new research facilities and laboratories for the School of Arts and Sciences and the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. This prestigious win further solidifies an extremely strong existing relationship: EYP has undertaken more than 20 projects for NYU over the past 10 years. This current project’s objective is to identify and evaluate specific planning options for wet research labs, technical support spaces, and administrative spaces in a variety of sites and existing buildings. The outcome of the study, scheduled to begin once scope is finalized, will establish the next series of building construction projects that NYU will budget and authorize.
