Virginia Tech recently selected EYP to design a new 250-bed, suite-style residence hall. The second of two new recent residence halls, the building will allow the university to begin its EYP-completed (the firm recommended the new residence hall site 18 months ago), 25-year phased renovation plan of its existing residence halls. Located along Washington Street across from prominent Cassell Coliseum, the new facility will create Virginia Tech's newest quad.
