Doug Hyde, a Design Principal with the firm, has 33 years of experience planning and designing buildings of various types, including over 40 college and university projects. Planning and designing student housing facilities has been the primary focus of his career, and he has worked on every type of student housing, from very large residence halls to small townhouse buildings. He has given lectures on trends in student housing at the American College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO) Annual Conference, and his work has been published in numerous publications, including American School and University, School Business Affairs, and Planning for Higher Education.
