Academic Planner and Designer
Kip Ellis, a Principal with the firm, has 15 years of experience as a planner, designer and project manager focusing on academic buildings, with a specialty in technically challenging projects. A scholar of the history and development of the American college and university campus, Kip has a particular interest in how significant academic projects can reflect and enhance the unique character of an institution.
