Over the past five years, EYP has completed architectural and engineering design for numerous laboratory renovation projects for NYU, and our relationship continues to the present. In all cases, the projects are designed for phased construction within continuously occupied buildings.

• Biology Department Teaching Center Labs
  Design of approximately 12,000 s.f. for all of the Biology Department teaching laboratories.
• Center for Developmental Genetics
  9,600 s.f. renovation of one full floor of the Brown building for four research groups in the Biology Department.
• Chemistry Department Offices Relocation
  Renovation of 10,000 sf. of classroom and office space on the 10th floor of NYU’s Main Building following a feasibility study to determine requirements for renovation and building system upgrades.
• General Chemistry Lab
  Extensive modernization of 9,600 s.f. lab.
• Meyer Research Facility
  Design of a 6,500 s.f. research facility for the graduate Psychology program.
• Molecular Anthropology Research Lab
  Design of a renovation for a new Molecular Anthropology Research Lab for a 10-person research group.
• Organic Chemistry Lab
  9,600 s.f. second floor lab with open floor plan divided by a centrally located, glass-walled instrument room.
• Physical Chemistry Teaching Lab
  Design of a new Physical Chemistry Teaching Laboratory for the Chemistry Department.

  Genome Mapping Systems Laboratories
  Renovation of two floors of chemistry research laboratories totaling 9,200 s.f.
