The focus of this new 400-bed student housing development was to create a place that promotes sustainable living practices. The natural community comprises 11 houses nestled in the woods. Each building features a range of outdoor communal places, including a community terrace, central patio, and a range of smaller terraces and patios.

Each building also houses a unique space that serves the entire community, such as a cafe, a library, an exercise room, etc.

This project won a Merit Award from the Eastern New York AIA in the Unbuilt Category.
