This transformation of a commuter campus into a residential campus included three components: First, a 1,200-bed complex brought suite-style housing that accommodates multiple configurations and a cyber express area equipped with walk-up internet stations. Next, a dining facility seating 630 added a heart to the new community. The 44,000-sf structure is a physical and social link to the rest of the campus; a place where residential and commuter students mix. Finally, Donovan Hall, a six-story, L-shaped residence hall added 452 beds in 115 suites. Public spaces include student life offices and multi-function assembly space for campus-wide activities.
