The focal point of the campus, this 1840 structure houses administrative offices and provides space for conferences, events, lectures, and a museum. We conducted a two-phase renovation/restoration project. We first repaired fire damage, installed a new fire suppression system, and restored the cupola and exterior dome, west portico. The second phase addressed exterior masonry, window and trim restoration, and renovated and restored interior spaces, introducing an interpretive Greek Revival color scheme. We completed this project in conjunction with OPN Architects, Inc.
