This flex-tech incubator launched the university's Technology Farm, an agriculture and food technology park. With flexible spaces suitable for research or pilot plants, it targets entrepreneurs and start-ups, as well as more mature companies conducting field and greenhouse trials in collaboration with the neighboring Cornell University Agricultural Experiment Station. EYP is also assisting Saratoga Associates in developing the master plan for the entire 350,000-sf tech park.
