EYP's Senior Master Planner has worked with Spring Hill College since 1997, having completed the College's 2001 Campus Plan*, as well as several facility planning and programming studies. In 2007, Spring Hill commissioned EYP to review and refine the facility program for construction of a new Science and Mathematics Center. In 2008, EYP assisted the College with a Land Development Plan for landholdings surrounding the core campus. As a means of sustaining the institution's core mission, land development proposals are focused on the use Spring Hill's endowment of acreage for complementary uses that can generate revenue in perpetuity.
